CONNECTED WITH TRADITION

History

The main building of the traditional South Tyrolean farm can look back on a centuries-old past. For at least 300 years, it has been in possession of the Grünbacher family, which has previously managed the farm together with maids and servants.

Some years ago, the house has been lovingly restored with great respect for the historic structures. In some apartments you can still find a vault from the 17^th century. Each room has his own charm.

Family

The skilled cook Cäcilia Grünbacher started to rent the big rooms of the farm and cook for her guests in the seventies. Her daughter Gerdi Grünbacher-Neumair continues this tradition with the help of her family since the beginning of the 1990s.

Together with her husband Paul she has expertly renovated the house. Here they managed to combine tradition and modernity. Their sons Michael and Jackob work with them and help to make your holiday a truly unforgettable experience.
